Shiraz

Planted in 1996 on the fertile alluvial soil of the Wollombi Brook, the Broke Estate Shiraz produced a fantastic classic Hunter Valley red and was recognised as among the best in the region. The vines responded well to Max’s viticultural expertise and continue to produce great wines.

This is a medium-bodied red, distinctively new style Hunter Shiraz and the perfect partner to a meal.

Match with Mediterranean foods and a range of meat dishes or just drink to enjoy on it’s own.
